I plan with you, direct the energy, and make sure there are no awkward gaps. Even if guests aren’t big dancers, they’ll feel engaged and connected the whole time — so you never have to worry about a boring reception.

But if something truly unforeseen ever happened, we’d work together to find and agree on a trusted professional replacement — and you’d always have the final say. We’ll plan everything together — not just your music. We’ll meet about 3 months before your wedding to start building your timeline and special moments. Then we’ll finalize all the details about a month before the big day. I’ll give you “homework” in between so you’re never wondering what comes next, and I’ll guide you every step of the way. When your wedding day arrives, you’ll feel completely ready to relax and celebrate.
I’m based in the Chicagoland and Lake Geneva areas, but I’m happy to travel anywhere across the Midwest — and even the country! My published fees cover travel within about 2 hours of Woodstock, IL. If your venue is farther away, we’ll talk through the details together so you know exactly what to expect.
The sooner the better! Most couples secure their Wedding Entertainment about 12–18 months in advance — especially for popular dates and venues.
