Most local weddings I host fall between $2,400 and $3,500.
Every celebration is different, and your final investment reflects what’s needed to create the experience you want — from planning and hosting the reception to any additional coverage or support your day requires.
I don’t offer one-size-fits-all packages. Instead, I work with each couple to design a thoughtful plan and provide a clear, custom quote — so everything feels intentional, transparent, and aligned with your vision.
See if your date is available, then decide how you’d like to connect.
When couples book me, they’re not just hiring someone to play music and make announcements.
They’re investing in someone who plans intentionally, guides the celebration with confidence, and takes responsibility for how the night feels — for them and for their guests.
Here’s what that looks like in practice:
We collaborate ahead of time to design the flow of your reception, talk through priorities, and make sure each part of the night has purpose. Nothing is left to chance, and nothing feels rushed.
On your wedding day, I guide the room — setting expectations, handling transitions, and helping guests feel comfortable and included. The celebration feels clear, natural, and well-paced.
Music, moments, and pacing are chosen with your crowd in mind — not a one-size-fits-all formula. That’s what keeps guests engaged and energy building organically throughout the night.
You don’t have to worry about what’s next, who’s doing what, or whether the night is flowing. There’s a clear plan — and one person responsible for carrying it out.
You work directly with me throughout the entire process — from planning conversations to the last song of the night. No handoffs. No surprises.
This is why pricing can vary from one wedding to the next — because the experience is designed around you, not a preset package.
Every wedding I’m part of is different — not just in size or location, but in how the day is designed to feel.
Instead of preset packages, pricing is shaped around what’s needed to support your celebration — from planning and preparation through execution on the wedding day.
Most couples invest between $2,400–$3,500.
That range reflects the overall scope of the wedding — how the day is structured, what’s involved logistically, and the level of planning and direction required to deliver the experience you’re envisioning.
Some celebrations fall comfortably within that range. Others require additional support, coordination, or travel — which can adjust the final quote accordingly.
A few of the most common factors include:
Any additional elements you’d like included
Each quote is built intentionally around these details — not pulled from a preset menu.
You’ll always know what’s included and why.
No surprises.
No pressure.
Just a clear plan designed around your celebration.
Do you offer hourly pricing (like a 6-hour reception)?
I don’t price weddings strictly by the hour. Coverage length matters, but so does how the evening is structured and how much planning and direction is involved. This approach ensures the focus stays on the experience — not watching the clock.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 25% retainer is required to reserve your date and begin the planning process. The remaining balance is split into scheduled payments leading up to the wedding.
When is the final balance due?
Your final payment is due two weeks before the wedding date, once details are finalized and your plan is in place.
Will we know the full price before committing?
Absolutely. You’ll receive a clear, personalized proposal outlining what’s included so you can make a confident, informed decision.
If this approach feels like a good fit, the next step is simply to see if I’m available for your date.
You’ll be able to:
No pressure.
No obligation.
Just clarity.
You’ll see your options before being asked to commit to anything.
